Returns and Replacements
At FREE ELEC, we are committed to providing high-quality solar energy supplies and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Returns and Replacement Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return or replace products purchased from our online store.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Replacements
a. Time Frame:
Products must be returned or requested for replacement within 3 days from the date of delivery.
b. Condition of Products:
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
c. Proof of Purchase:
A valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:
Products that have been used or installed.
Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
Custom-made or special-order products.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
3. Return Process
a. Initiating a Return:
Contact our customer service team at info@free-elec.com or +971508338557 to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
b. Return Authorization:
Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
c. Shipping:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs in case the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
d. Inspection and Refund:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your return. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Replacement Process
a. Initiating a Replacement:
Contact our customer service team at info@free-elec.com or +971508338557 to request a replacement. Provide your order number and reason for the replacement.
b. Return of Defective Products:
If the product is defective or damaged, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Upon receipt and inspection of the defective product, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
c. Out of Stock:
If the replacement item is out of stock or discontinued, we will offer you a comparable product or issue a refund.
5. Warranty Claims
a. Manufacturer’s Warranty:
Many of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
b. Store Warranty:
In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, we offer a 1 year warranty on our products. For warranty claims, contact our customer service team.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
a. Damaged in Transit:
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Keep all packaging materials and the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
b. Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 1 day of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect item.
